Joa Herrenknecht focuses on product and furniture design for commercial clients and international furniture brands. Her work is characterised by clean, minimal lines and evocative colours, paired with a personal or surprising detail. Herrenknecht aims to create timeless pieces to be enjoyed for a lifetime. Her work includes sofas, small furniture, lamps, textiles and accessories. As a designer she believes that objects have an aura and influence our perception; just like flowers can change the atmosphere in a room, so can objects. Her main goal as a product designer is to create a sense of lightness for your home.
