Swiss designer Simone Lüling, founder of ELOA, designs objects with the vision of merging simplicity and high-quality artisanship. Her work combines the craft of ancient glassblowing with a simple yet distinct design. To achieve the large size of her glass objects, without making use of moulds, requires a high level of refined craftsmanship and skill. Therefore, Lüling works closely together with only the best master glassblowers in Bohemia. Her ELOA lamps, whether solitary or in constellations, bring into being individual light concepts that remind one of star constellations. The objects float weightlessly in space–fragile, iridescent, and timeless. Her glass collections include pendants, wall, floor, and table luminaries as well as bowls and vases.
